Oregon is adding a second specialist to its 2024 recruiting class.
Tyler Kinsman, a punter out of Skyview High School in Nampa, Idaho, committed to UO on Thursday.
The 6-foot-5, 225-pound Kinsman is the top-ranked punter in the class of 2024, according to Chris Sailer Kicking and No. 8 by 247Sports.
