Roger Saleapaga, 4-star tight end, commits to Oregon Ducks

Oregon once again has two tight ends in its 2024 recruiting class.

Roger Saleapaga, a four-star tight end of Orem, Utah, committed to Oregon on Friday. He chose UO over Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee and Utah.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Saleapaga ranked No. 440 overall and No 25 among tight ends in the 2024 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He’s the highest-ranked uncommitted tight end

The 27th commitment to UO’s 2024 recruiting class, Kinsman joins fellow tight end A.J. Pugliano, defensive linemen Jaxson Jones, Tionne Gray, Xadavien Sims, Aydin Breland and Elijah Rushing, cornerbacks Ify Obidegwu, Dakoda Fields and Sione Laulea, linebackers Dylan Williams, Kamar Mothudi and Brayden Platt, quarterbacks Luke Moga and Michael Van Buren, offensive linemen Fox Crader, Trent Ferguson, Devin Brooks and JacQawn McRoy, receivers Jordan Anderson, Dillon Gresham and Jack Ressler, safeties Aaron Flowers and Kingston Lopa, running back Da’Jaun Riggs, kicker Gage Hurych and punter Tyler Kinsman.

Oregon’s class remains No. 7 in the 247Sports Composite.
