Amy Dickinson is a syndicated advice columnist who writes "Ask Amy," and has appeared as a special commentator on "Good Morning America" and the "Today" show. She attended Clark University and transferred to Georgetown University. Dickinson has worked as a producer for NBC News. She wrote a column on family issues for Time, and produced a weekly column for AOL's News channels. In 2003, Dickinson succeeded Ann Landers as the Chicago Tribune's signature advice columnist.
